Mactan has a brand new space for grand celebrations, and this is a first of its kind for the island. Named Events at Soltana, this is a 1,000-square meter tent that is dedicated to large gatherings, special occasions and corporate events.
Located at Soltana Nature Residences, Taft Properties’ resort-inspired condominium development in the heart of Mactan, Events at Soltana is a fully air-conditioned space that can accommodate up to 1000 guests. Half the tent may also be rented, and that size is ideal for gatherings of up to 300 guests.
Booking Events at Soltana includes five hours of use of the venue, security and janitorial services, use of the stage, and complimentary five hours of Ingress and two hours of Egress.

Events at Soltana by Taft Properties is the first large events tent of its kind in Mactan, Cebu.
Promos for booking Events at Soltana are ongoing until May 31, 2019. Weekday bookings are discounted at 20%, while weekend bookings are at 15% off. For the duration of 2019, companies can also book corporate events by availing of a 2 + 1 package, where every two booked events entitles the client to one free event. Meanwhile, homeowners of Soltana Nature Residences get a discount of 30%.
