Horizons 101 set the bar higher as Cebu’s tallest residential condominium. Faster still were the sales of units at Symfoni Nichols, Taft Properties’ most affordable condominium. The combination of highly competitive pricing and good quality proved to be such a success, that the company decided to take the Symfoni brand to Metro Manila, where Symfoni Kamias was launched. South of the capital, the company developed Citation Residences, a modern, family-friendly subdivision in Biñan, Laguna that now has a thriving community. This development also sold quickly, prompting Taft Properties to expand with Cera at Citation.
