Work on Taft Properties developments has not paused despite the pandemic. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, delivery times may have changed, but this is to ensure the best quality that we can deliver. The strictest health and safety protocols are implemented in our construction sites, and our teams have been busy on the following since August 2020:
Symfoni Nichols Bossa
Symfoni Nichols Bossa is the second tower of Symfoni Nichols, and Taft Properties marked its first concrete pouring on August 4th, 2020. Construction is expected to finish by March 2023.
Symfoni Nichols Alto
Just a few steps away from Bossa, Symfoni Nichols Alto is near completion. Construction at the first tower of Symfoni Nichols resumed in August. This will be finished by March 2021, and unit turnover should follow soon afterwards.
East Gate
Over at the corner of Cardinal Rosales Avenue and Pope John Paul II Avenue, East Gate is gracefully rising over the city landscape. Taft Properties aims to complete this by the first quarter of 2022, in preparation for unit turnover to buyers.
